Job summary

BCHA in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Weymouth is seeking a responsive Night Intensive Housing Officer to join a dedicated housing team. You will provide professional out-of-hours customer service to safeguard buildings and residents, handling incidents and de-escalating conflicts overnight 1900–0800 on a 4 nights on/4 nights off rota.

You will maintain accurate logs, reports and communications with colleagues and external partners, and receive training to deliver high-standard support

Qualifications

• Experience in out-of-hours customer service.
• Ability to de-escalate conflict and manage incidents.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional out-of-hours customer service to ensure the security of buildings and safety of residents and visitors.
• Work with customers to prevent breaches of occupancy agreements by proactively managing incidents and de-escalating situations.
• Maintain accurate logs and reporting tools (sheets and emails) and communicate with colleagues and external partners.
