Qualifications

• DBS check required. Anyone with a criminal record will not be able to be hired.
• Ideal candidate is calm, reliable and practical, with a focus on reassurance and routine during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
• Maintain safety and security procedures throughout the night shift
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel
• Provide general overnight support to hotel departments
• Assist with light maintenance or housekeeping tasks if required
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night
• Check guests in and out when required
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, following hotel procedures
• Complete basic reports and handover notes for management
