Job summary

Liverpool Inn Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western is seeking a dependable Night Team Member to support hotel operations overnight and ensure guests feel safe, comfortable, and well supported during the night shift.

Please note, a DBS check is required and may affect eligibility. The role suits someone calm, reliable, and practical, with a focus on reassurance, routine, and quiet efficiency for a positive overnight guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
• Maintain safety and security procedures throughout the night shift
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel
• Provide general overnight support to hotel departments
• Assist with light maintenance or housekeeping tasks if required
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night
• Check guests in and out when required
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, following hotel procedures
• Complete basic reports and handover notes for management
