Responsibilities

• Handle night audits and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Respond to guest requests during the night, including room service.
• Maintain lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming for morning shift.
• Monitor safety and security throughout the night.
• Coordinate shift handoffs with the early morning team.
• Ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction during night hours.
