Job summary

Rheged is seeking a friendly night-time team member to greet late arrivals and assist with overnight duties. You will manage the hotel from 11pm to 7am, juggling multiple tasks with a proactive approach.

Your role includes security rounds, cleaning, bar service, basic food prep, and learning the reservations system to handle check-ins and print guest bills. No experience is required, but strong communication and IT literacy are essential for effective problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Good communicator with IT literacy and willingness to be trained across tasks.
• Ability to use initiative to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct three security checks during the shift to ensure the building is secure.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks per the check sheet.
• Learn the hotel reservations system to check in/out and print guest bills.
• Serve bar customers during the shift.
• Prepare basic food items (soup and sandwiches) and serve them.
• Complete First Aid and Fire training to handle emergencies.
