Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in, handling check-ins and check-outs.
• Perform night audits and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Respond to guest requests during the night, including room service or extra items.
• Maintain lobby and public areas in a clean, welcoming state for the morning shift.
• Monitor safety and security during the night and coordinate with the morning team.
