Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to ensure smooth overnight operations and uphold guest care standards. You will welcome guests during night hours, assist with late arrivals, and support bar and kitchen service from the 24-hour menu.

You will work independently on night shifts, maintain calm, organized service, and assist with night audit and safety protocols while representing the brand with a guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work night shifts with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals at reception and recognise VIPs.
• Provide drinks service in residents’ bar.
• Prepare and deliver food from 24-hour menu for night arrivals.
• Check out early arrivals with accurate billing.
• Complete cleaning and setup for next day readiness.
• Support the night audit process.
• Ensure fire and safety requirements are met.
