Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking an Nights Guest Service Assistant to support the overnight operations at our Garforth property. You will greet guests, handle late arrivals, provide drinks service, and assist with 24-hour menu orders while maintaining brand standards and safety.

You will collaborate with the Nights Guest Service Manager, support the night audit, and ensure timely checkout, accurate billing, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role is essential.
• Ability to greet guests, anticipate needs and remain calm during night shifts.
• Strong communication and attention to detail, including billing and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals at reception and acknowledge VIPs.
• Provide drinks service and food from the 24-hour menu for overnight guests.
• Support the night audit process with accurate transactions and records.
• Ensure fire and safety requirements are met and hotel standards maintained.
• Complete cleaning and setup tasks to prepare the hotel for the next day.
