Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a confident Night Duty Manager – Front Office to lead the overnight Front Office operations, supervise the night audit process, and ensure exceptional guest service throughout the night.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Food & Beverage to maintain seamless overnight operations, coach Night Hosts, handle guest concerns professionally, and uphold hotel safety and security during the night.

Qualifications

• Front Office experience is essential; supervisory/management experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front Office during overnight shift with top guest service.
• Oversee the night audit process and ensure timely, accurate reports.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, and requests for a seamless overnight stay.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally with positive resolutions.
• Supervise and develop Night Hosts to maintain service standards.
• Monitor hotel security, safety and emergency procedures, night point of contact.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and F&B to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Front Office leadership in driving guest satisfaction and operational objectives.
