The Grand Hotel Birmingham Limited is seeking a Night Receptionist for a part-time role at The Grand Hotel Birmingham. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and respond to late-night requests with a warm, professional approach.

Typical shifts run 8:00pm–6:30am or 10:00pm–8:00am, with 20 hours per week across two nights. Benefits include gratuities, staff discounts, meals, and wellbeing support as part of a caring hospitality team.

Qualificações

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or guest-facing environments.
• Clear, friendly communication and a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends/weekday nights.
