CCH is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to provide overnight support for a lady with complex care needs in a family home in Bognor Regis. The role involves personal care, meal prep, medication administration, and helping with appointments while maintaining a calm, respectful demeanor throughout the night.

Experience in complex care is desirable, but kindness, patience, and a willingness to learn are essential. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth within the CCH group.

Qualifications

Experience in complex care is not essential, but advantageous.
Experience with PEG feeding, ventilation support, catheter care, bowel management, and medication administration is beneficial.
Willingness to learn and provide high-quality, person-centred home care.

Responsibilities

Provide overnight care for a lady with complex care needs in her family home.
Perform personal care, food preparation, and medication administration during the night.
Support with social activities and appointments, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
Work within a pet-free home and maintain a calm, respectful environment.
