Swanton Care in Wolverhampton is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker to help residents access the community and make the most of their time at home. You will work nights and weekends in a residential service, providing practical and emotional support to empower individuals to live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and adaptability are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to empower people to achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Facilitate social, educational or work activities in line with individual plans.
• Assist with housekeeping and personal care as part of daily living.
• Complete a range of records and documents.
