Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is looking for Waking Nights Support Workers in Barnsley to assist people to live independently in their own homes. The role involves night shifts, including weekends, with a rolling two-week pattern and no sponsorship.

You will provide practical and emotional support, help people access community activities, and work within a team to meet individual support plans. Training and progression opportunities are offered through Swanton’s programs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general housekeeping and assist with personal care as needed.
• Complete required records and documentation accurately.
• Use equipment such as ceiling track hoists and assist with wheelchair manoeuvres.
