Swanton Care & Community Ltd. is recruiting Support Workers to help people living in a supported living environment engage with the community and enjoy activities in their own homes. Location: Wolverhampton.

Shifts are days and weekends; hours are full-time. We do not offer sponsorship. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to respecting personal choices while promoting inclusion and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people to achieve their goals.
• Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Assist with activities in the community and in the home.
