Swanton Care is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support to adults with varying needs at Capel Isaac, Llandeilo, Capel Isaac, SA19 7TG. You will work 38.5 hours weekly and help people achieve their goals respecting their dignity.
