TOGS Mind is seeking a Service Manager to lead a 12-month fixed-term pilot for an overnight Community Mental Health Crisis hub in Greater Manchester. You will oversee governance, safeguarding, risk management and workforce development, providing operational and professional leadership to a multidisciplinary team.

The role focuses on recovery, trauma-informed care and compassionate support, guiding service improvement and ensuring person-centred outcomes in a fast-paced crisis setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk and safeguarding with line management responsibilities.
• Strong track record managing mental health, health, social care or community-based services.
• Commitment to recovery, trauma-informed practice and compassionate care.
• Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and professional leadership for the service.
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective and person-centred support.
• Oversee governance, safeguarding, risk management, and workforce development.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Crisis Navigators and Peer Support Workers.
