Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated waking nights support worker in Chelmsford to care for a 10-year-old boy with epilepsy, autism, ADHD and global developmental delay at his family home. You will join a focused team, providing overnight care and building a trusted relationship with the family.

The role offers 7pm–7am shifts, typically three nights per week, on a zero-hours contract. Training, ongoing support, and access to development resources are provided.

Responsibilities

• Care for a 10-year-old boy with epilepsy, autism, ADHD and global developmental delay in his family home overnight.
• Support one individual with complex needs and contribute to a consistent, trusted care team.
• Work 7pm–7am shifts on a regular weekly basis under supervision of a Care Manager.
