Job summary

Omexom is seeking a Construction Manager to support overhead line projects across the UK. You will tender, plan and develop projects while day-to-day line-managing Lineworkers, ensuring health, safety, environmental and quality standards are met and productivity remains high.

You will visit sites, provide technical input to tender teams and lead a skilled workforce to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in overhead line construction or utilities/construction industries.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, environment and quality aspects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational resource requirements across all projects.
• Review project requirements and centrally manage resources.
• Lead and develop Lineworker teams and provide technical support to tendering.
• Review and approve holiday requests in consultation with project teams.
• Develop method statements and risk assessments; promote health and safety.
