Austin Rose Associates is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Senior to join a fast-growing, tech-enabled firm serving SMEs and entrepreneurs. You will prepare and review VAT, analyze management accounts with offshore partners, and mentor junior staff in a modern distributed work model.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, hybrid work with up to 50% home-based time, and structured progression with comprehensive learning and development support.

Qualifikationen

• Professional accountancy qualification (AAT or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong proficiency in Xero and Excel; exposure to Dext, Silverfin or Syft.

As an Outsourcing Senior you will:

• Prepare and review VAT returns, ensuring full compliance with current UK regulations and tax requirements.
• Prepare and analyse management accounts in collaboration with offshore delivery partners to support client financial decision-making.
• Support task allocation across the team while providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues.
• Participate in tailored cash flow forecasting projects to provide strategic financial planning insights to growing businesses.

As the successful candidate you will:

• Hold a professional accountancy qualification (such as AAT or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in key accounting software, particularly Xero and Excel, with exposure to modern tools like Dext, Silverfin, or Syft.
• Possess hands-on experience collaborating with offshore delivery partners within a modern, distributed work model.

What You’ll Receive

• 37.5-hour standard working week with core working hours between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
