Job summary

Austin Rose Associates is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Senior to join a fast-growing, tech-enabled firm serving SMEs and entrepreneurs. You will prepare and review VAT, analyze management accounts with offshore partners, and mentor junior staff in a modern distributed work model.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, hybrid work with up to 50% home-based time, and structured progression with comprehensive learning and development support.

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification (AAT or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong proficiency in Xero and Excel; exposure to Dext, Silverfin or Syft.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review VAT returns in line with UK regulations.
• Prepare and analyse management accounts with offshore delivery partners.
• Support task allocation across the team and mentor junior colleagues.
• Participate in cash flow forecasting projects for strategic planning.
