Job summary

SGS in the United Kingdom is seeking an Outsourced Support Coordinator to join our Health & Nutrition team. This role focuses on coordinating outsourced testing projects from start to finish, acting as the liaison between clients, project managers and external laboratories.

You will manage timelines, arrange shipment of samples, ensure documentation and records are complete, and keep clients and internal teams updated.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive candidate with strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ideally degree qualified in a scientific discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outsourced testing projects from start to finish with clients, project managers and external labs.
• Manage timelines and monitor progress against milestones.
• Arrange shipment of samples to external laboratories and ensure documentation is complete.
• Keep clients and internal teams updated on project status and review reports for completeness.
• Handle purchase orders and support billing activities.
• Maintain schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
