Qualifications

• Experience in UK accountancy practice with management accounts, VAT and bookkeeping.

• ACA/ACCA qualification or near qualification is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing their ongoing accounting and outsourcing requirements
• Preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Overseeing bookkeeping and VAT returns, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
• Personally preparing more complex management accounts, VAT and bookkeeping assignments
• Reviewing work completed by junior and senior team members, providing feedback and technical support
• Building strong client relationships, answering queries and providing practical accounting advice
• Supporting the development of the wider outsourcing team

We're working with an established accountancy practice in Southampton who are looking to recruit an Outsourcing Manager to join their team.
