We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Executive to drive growth with a focus on Health Industry accounts, strategic accounts, and the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.

Role Overview:

The Outside Sales Executive will drive Praxas’ expansion of strategic accounts and clients in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare industries. This role involves identifying, developing, and closing strategic deals, leveraging industry relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, drive revenue growth, and contribute to Praxas’ market presence in these critical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate mid-market segments
  • Identify, prospect, and close strategic customer accounts to unlock new markets and drive business growth.
  • Engage key decision-makers, building and nurturing relationships to understand their unique temperature measurement and compliance needs.
  • Leverage existing industry connections and cultivate new relationships to expand Praxas’ network in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and tailor solutions that align with customer requirements and demonstrate Praxas’ value proposition.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes, strategically managing pricing negotiations to maximise revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular contact with and support existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, competitive landscape, and market dynamics in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and healthcare to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, tracking progress toward revenue targets.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of success in outside B2B sales, particularly in mid-market and key account development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
