What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generating and closing new business opportunities across the UK
  • Building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Pitching our creative video services to marketing teams, agencies, and brands
  • Working UK-based leads generated by our ad campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
  • Attending networking events and relevant industry functions to generate new connections
  • Representing Digital Brew at UK conferences alongside the global sales team
  • Nurturing leads, prospects, and existing client relationships to ensure long-term success
  • Managing the sales process from initial outreach to signed contracts
  • Collaborating with our creative and production teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally within a creative agency or video production setting
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the creative and digital landscape
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • UK-based and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
