Breath HR is looking for an Outreach Youth Worker for The Way Youth Zone in Wolverhampton. The role is aimed at engaging young people, supporting their well-being, and promoting activities that enhance their development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safeguarding. Flexible working hours between 3-9pm weekdays and 9:45am-4:45pm on Saturdays will be expected.

Formación

• Experience working with children and young people aged 8–19.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and youth-centred practice.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during school holidays.
