Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Practitioner to support people in Northamptonshire with mental health, substance use, and related challenges. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, based in North Northamptonshire with some flexibility in hours and locations.

Training and ongoing development are provided as part of a supportive team. The post requires experience with vulnerable groups in a community setting, ability to run group work, and solid knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality,

Qualifications

• Experience of working with at-risk/vulnerable people in a community setting.
• Ability to deliver group work.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children, confidentiality, consent and mental capacity and Hidden Harm.
