Change Grow Live is seeking a Homelessness Outreach Worker to engage with people sleeping rough and move them toward settled lifestyles. This permanent, full-time role is based in St Helens, offering 37.5 hours per week and a strong emphasis on outreach in communities.
You'll identify and engage rough sleepers, deliver assertive outreach, help access accommodation, healthcare and recovery services, and build partnerships with housing providers, local authorities and health services.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
