We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team as a Floating Support Worker.
As aFloating Support Recovery Worker within Change Grow Live Nottinghamshire, you will work with clients in structured treatment that are entering, or are on a path to enter a housing crisis.
With this role you’ll be working as part of the floating support housing team, focussing on supporting our most vulnerable individuals who have experiences of cuckooing, unstable housing, learning disabilities and/or brain injuries.
You will hold a caseload of service users who are currently in drug and/or alcohol treatment, as well as supporting colleagues in the development of their skills.
Where: Nottinghamshire, travel will be required throughout the county.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st March 2028

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
