Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a TEMP Assertive Outreach Worker for Gloucester to cover short-term sickness. The role runs 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional early morning outreach and some weekend work during SWEP periods.

You will engage with rough sleepers, supporting clients with access to services, and work as part of a supportive team. You must be able to drive and maintain a client-centered approach.
