Outreach Support Worker - East Surrey

Location: East Surrey - Redhill

Pay Rate: £16.36 per hour + Holiday Pay PAYE

Assignment: 3 months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Driving Licence: Essential

We are currently recruiting for an Outreach Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting individuals within the East Surrey area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and compassionate support worker who enjoys working independently and making a positive difference to the lives of the people they support.

The Role

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals within the community, helping them maintain their independence, access services and achieve their personal goals.

The role will involve working flexibly as part of a wider support team, building positive relationships with service users and providing person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality, person-centred outreach support.
  • Supporting individuals with daily living and community activities.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, including two early-morning outreach shifts:

  • Tuesday: 5:00am - 1:00pm
  • Friday: 5:00am - 1:00pm

Additional hours will form part of the 37.5-hour working week and will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.

Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in a support work, care or outreach setting.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
