Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting an Outreach Support Worker to join a dedicated team in the East Surrey area, Redhill. The role focuses on providing practical and emotional support to help individuals maintain independence and access services.

You will work as part of a wider team, build trust with service users, and deliver person-centred support while following safeguarding and organisational procedures. This is a 3-month assignment with a 37.5-hour week and early shifts.

We are currently recruiting for an Outreach Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting individuals within the East Surrey area.

Location: East Surrey - Redhill

Assignment: 3 months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Driving Licence: Essential

The Role

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals within the community, helping them maintain their independence, access services and achieve their personal goals.

The role will involve working flexibly as part of a wider support team, building positive relationships with service users and providing person-centred support.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, including two early-morning outreach shifts:

• Tuesday: 5:00am - 1:00pm
• Friday: 5:00am - 1:00pm

Additional hours will form part of the 37.5-hour working week and will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
