Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is seeking an Outreach Community Officer to raise awareness of the support we provide, with a focus on our Gambling Harms Treatment Project. This fixed-term role runs until 31 December 2027 and is office-based in Sandwell & Walsall.
You will build relationships with local groups, attend events, deliver workshops and help develop campaigns, using feedback to extend our reach into communities most in need.

We’re looking for a passionate and community-focused Outreach Community Officer to help raise awareness of Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall and the support we provide. With a particular focus on our Gambling Harms Treatment Project, you’ll help us reach people who may benefit from our services and make sure they know where they can access support.
You’ll build strong relationships with community groups, local organisations, professionals and referral partners across Sandwell & Walsall. From attending local events and networking opportunities to delivering workshops, presentations and awareness activities, you’ll help connect our services with the communities we support. You’ll also play a role in developing campaigns and digital outreach, identifying new partnership opportunities and using feedback and engagement data to help us understand community needs and increase our reach.
