An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outpatients Supervisor to be based within the Outpatient Directorate at our Stoke site.
This varied role involves supporting incoming calls to the Appointments Call Centre and booking outpatient appointments for patients in accordance with NHS national targets. Team building skills are essential, along with being self-motivated and able to use your own initiative as needed.
The role also includes supporting the Cancer Bureau Team to meet targets within national guidelines.
