Job summary

Dorking Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Outpatients Service Manager to lead a large, diverse portfolio of NHS outpatient services across multiple sites in Surrey. You will oversee around 90 staff and over 150 subcontracted clinicians, delivering safe, efficient and patient-centred care.

This is a visible leadership role balancing operational delivery, service development, workforce planning, quality governance and transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare services in a complex NHS or similar setting.
• Proven ability to drive service improvements and meet performance targets.
• Strong communication with clinicians, commissioners and partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of NHS outpatient services across multiple sites.
• Lead workforce planning and development for ~90 staff and 150+ clinicians.
• Drive service development, new clinics and pathway improvements.
• Ensure services meet contractual, quality and governance standards.
