Job summary

Circle Health Group’s Hendon Hospital in London is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the Outpatients team. This full‑time role (37.5 hours) offers a permanent position with a salary up to £54,000 per year, depending on experience, training and qualification.

The post holder will supervise nursing staff, provide clinical governance and a visible leadership presence, cover clinical shifts, manage rotas, and support service development and patient care improvement in a private healthcare

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior nursing or clinical management role.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and health policy frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and coordinate services in a dynamic clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care that meets patient needs.
• Act as a visible clinical leader and role model, working at least one clinical shift per week and providing expert advice to staff.
• Oversee day-to-day running of clinical services to ensure safe staffing and efficient patient flow.
• Manage staff rotas, annual leave, and study leave to maintain coverage and KPIs.
• Support delivery of strategic and operational plans in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
