Job summary

The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager for Outpatients, Pre-Assessment and Minor Procedure departments. This 37.5-hour-per-week, full-time role involves covering flexible shifts and leading nursing teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Applicants should be an NMC-registered Adult Nurse with strong leadership, governance and budget skills, and experience in private or multispecialty settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with NMC registration.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior nursing or clinical management role.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and health policy frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and coordinate services in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Provide visible clinical leadership and conduct at least one clinical shift weekly.
• Ensure care aligns with professional standards and local policies.
• Promote best practice, safeguarding standards, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safe staffing and efficient patient flow.
• Manage staff rotas, annual leave, and study leave with KPI targets.
• Support delivery of strategic and operational plans with senior leadership.
• Lead service developments and business improvements to enhance performance and patient experience.
