Outpatients Reception Supervisor - Band 4 37.5 hours - permanent We are looking to recruit a reliable, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our busy Outpatient Services team in providing a professional, efficient and patient-focused reception and clerical service across the Trust. The Outpatient Reception rota operates across seven days a week. Staff are required to work shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays. The successful candidate must be able to support the flexibility of the rota and provide leadership across all reception areas to ensure service delivery is maintained. Computer literacy is essential as the post holder will be expected to utilise a range of Trust Patient Administration Systems, ensuring accurate input, maintenance and extraction of patient information in accordance with Trust policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and line management of the Outpatient Reception Team, ensuring that a high-quality, efficient and responsive service is delivered across the Trust seven days a week.
