Job summary

Cromwell Hospital in London is seeking an Outpatient Centre Coordinator (Bank) to support day-to-day administration and the patient journey in our outpatient clinics. You will greet patients, manage registrations, book appointments, process payments, and handle enquiries with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

Reporting to the Admin & Patient Experience Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience aligned to Bupa values, including weekends and variable

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.

  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Competent IT and data entry skills.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet patients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming service.
  • Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate patient records.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Respond to patient enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
