Cromwell Hospital, part of Bupa, seeks an Orthopaedic Clinic Coordinator to join our London clinic. The role covers patient registration, accounts, invoicing, follow-up bookings and arranging tests within a 37.5 hour week.
Based at Cromwell Hospital London, you will liaise with patients, consultants and hospital staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Permanent role with benefits; Monday–Friday shifts 8am–8pm with occasional Saturdays.

Under the general guidance of the Primary Care Manager, you’ll be responsible for all activities in the clinic. You will be there to provide a link between Hospital, Patients, Consultant and other users. You’ll be coordinating patient registration, preparation of outpatient accounts, receipting payment for hospital services, book follow up appointments and booking further tests including diagnostic requests.
