Job summary

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a patient-facing Registration/Admissions role to welcome patients and ensure accurate registration on arrival. You will collect demographics, verify financial details, and liaise with insurers to obtain authorisations when required.

You will answer questions, provide cost estimates, and support a world-class patient experience in a busy hospital setting. On-site work with shift coverage across 6:00am–6:00pm and Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting or front desk service.
• Experience with patient bookings via hospital software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Excellent customer service, confidentiality, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy hospital and supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet outpatients, inpatients, and visitors.
• Collect and verify demographic and financial information at arrival.
• Coordinate with insurers for authorisations as needed.
• Collect payments using integrated payment systems.
• Complete the Administrative Admission process with signatures.
• Provide cost estimates to self-pay patients.
• Promote the CCL MyChart app to patients.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure a seamless journey.
