Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing retail team in a busy store. You will own daily operations, scheduling, and customer service excellence while driving sales growth and profitability.

Your leadership will coach staff, enhance engagement, and ensure a superior shopping experience for customers. You will manage merchandising, stock, and cash handling, while implementing business KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment, leading a team in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage staff and drive results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
