Job summary

Clarks Outlet in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, manage inventory and cash procedures, and monitor KPIs to maximize revenue and profitability. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Willing to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
