Job summary

Clarks in Gretna is seeking a Store Manager with a passion for footwear and customer service to lead a busy retail team. You will drive sales, manage daily store operations, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

We value leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach. You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to grow revenue while maintaining store standards and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a retail environment, leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work 7-day shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
