Vero HR Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Retail Manager to run the Hotpoint Factory Outlet in Gateshead. You will lead a small team, drive sales growth and manage the outlet’s profitability, stock, and customer service.

The role involves building trade and retail relationships, coordinating deliveries, and delivering local marketing initiatives to raise awareness and sales. A hands-on leader with strong IT and SAP experience will thrive here.

Formación

• Able to lead a small team and drive sales targets, KPIs and margins.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing environments with commercial focus.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel; familiarity with e-commerce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a small team, driving sales targets, KPIs and margins.
• Build relationships with trade customers and the public for new business.
• Manage P&L, budgets, pricing and operating costs.
• Oversee stock control, weekly counts, and SAP order processing.
• Coordinate weekly deliveries and ensure safe storage and organisation.
• Support customers with demonstrations and inquiries.
• Deliver local marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
• Maintain legal compliance, records and health and safety standards.
