Job summary

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited is hiring full-time Meter Readers in the UK to collect gas and electricity meter reads for domestic and commercial properties. No prior experience required, with full training and a flexible schedule close to home.

Role involves updating reads on handheld devices, excellent customer service, and working around 37.5 hours weekly with a weekly pay cycle. Bonuses and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
• Physically fit and able to walk 3–5 miles daily.
• Access to own vehicle preferred.
• Clear DBS check (no unspent convictions)

Responsibilities

• Retrieving data from domestic, commercial, and industrial meters for Gas and Electric Meters; full training provided.
• Carry out visual inspections of metering equipment.
