Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our holiday parks looking great and running safely for guests. You will handle grounds tasks, carry out repairs in holiday homes, and assist with putting pitches and holiday homes in place, all while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

The role offers hands-on learning, a driving licence, and the chance to contribute to a welcoming guest experience across our parks.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks is helpful.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, strimming, pruning, weeding, planting, painting, fencing, litter picking, jet washing and landscaping.
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance in holiday homes including basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks.
• Assisting with tidying pitches and moving/siting holiday homes.
• Changing gas bottles.
• Using the Park Smart system to manage daily maintenance tasks and complete jobs on time to a high standard.
• Responding to guest enquiries in a friendly and proactive manner and collaborating with park teams.
