Bauer Media Outdoor in the Chelmsford area is seeking a flexible Posting & Cleaning Operative to service Colchester, Chelmsford and surrounding areas, managing a simple weekly posting and cleaning rhythm.

This full‑time, outdoor role is solo and requires a van, steady time management, and the ability to work in all weather. You’ll have a fully expensed company vehicle, training, and regular restock visits to the Sawtry branch.

Qualifications

• Driving Licence with no more than 3 points.
• Full-time role working outdoors and some experience in working outside in all weather conditions is useful but not essential.
• Driving experience using medium sized vans.
• Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised.
• The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload.
• Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage your dedicated posting and cleaning rounds in Colchester, Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
• Flexible 40-hour week with a 1 week on posting, 1 week on cleaning rhythm.
• Work outdoors in all weather, often alone, in a van.
• Visit Sawtry branch every 1–2 weeks to restock and receive updates.
• Fully expensed company vehicle provided for business and commuting.
• Dedicated training and support to help you start.
