Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a nursery practitioner with a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher. The role requires experience in a nursery or EY setting, a strong EYFS understanding, and the ability to support outdoor learning and Forest School activities.

You will contribute to a nurturing, child-centred environment, collaborating with colleagues to promote safeguarding, development, and school readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous nursery/EY setting experience required.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
• Experience with outdoor learning and Forest School is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and Early Years education throughout the nursery day.
• Create experiences around children's interests and developmental needs.
• Use age-appropriate resources to encourage exploration and independence.
• Support children as they develop new skills and confidence.
• Promote outdoor learning as a meaningful part of daily activities.
• Observe progress and plan meaningful next steps.
