Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated nursery assistant to support daily operations in a vibrant Early Years setting. You’ll deliver engaging activities, monitor children’s development, and help maintain a safe, clean environment in line with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of a nursery room.
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and play experiences.
• Monitor children’s development and contribute to observations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS requirements.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
