Job summary

Willing Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a Good Ofsted-rated nursery in Poole, United Kingdom. This full-time role (40 hours) offers £28,300 per year and a supportive, outdoor-focused learning environment.

You will deliver high-quality early years care under EYFS, plan engaging activities, and build strong relationships with children and families while safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
• Passion for outdoor learning and child-centred education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through child-led and adult-guided play.
• Make full use of the nursery's indoor and outdoor learning environments to enrich children's experiences.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing.
